We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative Trainee to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on training and development to help you build a successful career in sales. You’ll learn the ins and outs of our products and services, develop key sales skills, and gain experience working with customers to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

+ Participate in training programs to learn about company products, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.

+ Shadow experienced sales representatives to understand the full sales cycle.

+ Assist in identifying potential clients and generating new leads.

+ Support the team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.

+ Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications under supervision.

+ Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

+ Attend team meetings, product briefings, and professional development sessions.

+ Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive client experience.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

+ Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally.

+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
