SAIC is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Program Analyst** in **Crane, IN** .
The candidate will join our team supporting NSWC Crane Hypersonic Programs in Global Department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and will be responsible for a variety of program support tasks including meeting and travel coordination, MS Project scheduling, Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) tracking and inventory management, action item tracking, and generation of various program correspondence, plans and reports.
Job Duties:
+ **Meeting and Travel Coordination:** Organize and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for customers. Prepare meeting agendas, briefing packages, minutes, and follow-up action items.
+ **MS Project Scheduling:** Develop and maintain program schedules using MS Project. Track project milestones, deadlines, and resource/asset allocation.
+ **Government Furnished Equipment Tracking and Inventory:** Manage and track all Government Furnished Equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
+ **Action Item Tracking:** Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. Maintain a log of all action items and their status.
+ **Program Documentation:** Assist in the development and dissemination of program communications. Prepare and review plans and reports for accuracy and completeness. Ensure timely submission of all required documents.
+ **Assist with Program Research and Analysis:** Prepare research finding reports, and help perform statistical analyses for key program metrics, as needed.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelors and (3) three years of relevant experience; Masters degree and (1) one year of relevant experience; 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
Required Security Clearance:
+ Must possess a minimum Interim Secret Clearance prior to Start (US Citizenship required).
Required Skills:
+ Proficiency in MS Project and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to create detailed project schedules
+ Well versed in MS Teams and SharePoint
+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
