Summary
The Laminator is responsible for the precise measurement, cutting, and application of laminate materials to various surfaces. This role ensures that all surfaces are properly prepared, laminated, and finished to the highest quality standards. The Laminator will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, packing finished products, and verifying materials according to work orders.
This position will support our Operations team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time on site based out of Atlanta, GA.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Measure and cut laminate based on physical property’s dimensions
+ Prep all surfaces prior to laminating
+ Spray laminate and property surface with adhesive, install, route and file all edges
+ Clean finished products and spraying equipment
+ Properly pack finished products for shipping
+ Load rolls of raw material and unload rolls of laminated materials
+ Ensuring proper techniques and procedures are followed
+ Maintain the highest levels of quality while running the laminator at optimal speeds
+ Verify the materials that are being laminated in accordance with the work order
Education & Experience
+ At least 1 year of experience in laminating
+ The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ The ability to take measurements in standard and metric
+ The ability to learn new skills and apply them across a range of applications
+ The ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
+ Positive attitude with a mentality for teamwork and a focus on quality
