**Position:** Manufacturing Operations Analyst

**Location:** San Antonio, TX

**Job Type:** Full-time | 12-Month Consultant Contract

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 1st Shift Training, Then Rotating Shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and Rotating Weekends

**Pay Rate:** $34.84 – $36.78 per hour (commensurate with experience)

**Attendance:** Regular and predictable attendance required

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Manufacturing Operations Analyst** to support a major aerospace program based in San Antonio, TX. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a critical part in resolving real-time production challenges, improving processes, and ensuring seamless manufacturing operations across aircraft maintenance and modification activities. You'll be on the front lines of production, ensuring everything stays on track—from part availability to quality actions.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Take the lead in identifying and resolving day-to-day production constraints.

+ Conduct research to gather detailed parts, engineering, and scheduling data to track and mitigate issues.

+ Collaborate across cross-functional teams including quality, engineering, and supply chain.

+ Lead or participate in daily Tier meetings and reviews, communicating real-time updates.

+ Track issues through the Ship Side Action Tracker (SAT) system and drive timely closure.

+ Help create and implement new site procedures to support operational efficiency.

+ Interface with mechanics to provide assistance with drawings, specifications, and tooling needs.

+ Support closure of non-conformances and corrective actions through root cause analysis.

+ Mentor less experienced team members and foster a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.

+ Present project proposals to both senior leadership and shop-floor teams.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Required Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of experience solving complex manufacturing issues and writing or refining procedures.

+ 2+ years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, or modification.

+ Ability to access and interpret technical data and engineering drawings.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

+ Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience using aerospace manufacturing systems like GOLD, I-GOLD, VIPERS, NCM, or Ship Side Action Tracker.

+ Background in project management or leading cross-functional teams.

+ Experience supporting Depot-level aircraft modification or previous line-side control center operations.

**Pay Details:** $34.84 to $36.78 per hour
