**PAY:** $22.00 - 24.00/ per hour (paid biweekly)
**SCHEDULE :** Monday - Friday (Occasional weekends)
**HOURS:** 7:00am - 3:30pm
**LOCATION:** 24300 Wahl Court Warren MI 48089
Responsibilities:
+ Under direct supervision, oversees a small project or phases of a large project.
+ Responsible for providing support to Operations, Transportation and Special Projects in the Market or Territory as needed.
+ Responsible for coordinating activities of a project team, identifying appropriate resources needed and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
+ Must be able to comprehend and understand the project scope and objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively contribute to the success of the team.
+ Communicates with project supervisor/manager regarding status of projects and assignments.
+ Position will require being out in the field within the Market and Territory 75% of the time.
Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
+ Must have a valid CDL-B license or Chauffer’s license
+ Ability to lift and carry items that weigh up to 45 lbs. and measure up to 24” on any and every side
+ Ability to reach for items that weigh up to 45 lbs. and lift them to and from shoulder height
+ Operating and completing certification for forklift, order picker, electric pallet jack, and other lift equipment
+ Operating small machines including pallet jacks
+ Loading, unloading, and pushing/pulling a cart or pallet (with jack) weighing up to 1500 lbs.
+ Coordination with multiple internal and external groups
+ Disseminates information on any problems or potential delays and mitigation plans
+ Ensures projects are completed according to plan
+ Communicates project progress to appropriate audience
+ Remains aware of any potential problems and works to mitigate any risks
+ Ability to use computers/scanners
+ Some travel and overnight stay every now and then
+ Solid communication skills
+ Proficient with oral and written communication
+ Industry and/or company knowledge
+ Must exhibit a positive approach and the ability to work efficiently as either an individual contributor or team lead
+ Process background
+ Strong willingness to learn new technologies, dive into challenges and take direction
+ Understand technical components of the job
+ Active participation in the development, support and maintenance of all aspects of security practices within your area of responsibility
+ Ensure process and procedures are in place to enhance security and controls
