Job Overview

Job Summary:

A Welder is responsible for executing accurate welding of various materials and thickness to fit the specifications of our customers.

**Hours:** 5:00am - 3:15pm, Monday through Thursday (overtime hours as needed)

Responsibilities:

+ Safely set up parts for welding using hand tools, clamps, jigs and fixtures

+ Read and interpret blueprints

+ Align, position and fit components into fixtures as instructed

+ Set up operation of automated equipment

+ Ensure work meets quality standards

+ Keep work area clean and organized

+ Additional duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

+ Proficient ability in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.)

+ Ability to read blueprints

+ Welding experience or trade school welding program required

+ Successful complete of an in-house weld test

+ Ability to read tape measure accurately

+ Great work ethic and attendance

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Ability to lift 50lbs

+ High school diploma or GED required
