    GVI, Inc** . seeks an **Engineering Tech IV** to provide logistics and technical support on behalf of the **Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport.

    Responsibilities:

    + Data Management

    + Update vendor part information in the OMIS™ database with the Obsolescence status, Point of Contact information, Survey Notes, and generate alerts for obsolescence status issues.

    + Conduct assessments related to system components and support material readiness.

    + Conduct research associated with technical refresh objectives and obsolescence issue resolution.

    + Conduct parts research to support mitigating system level, component, and support material deficiencies.

    + Maintain data repositories so all related engineering, supply support, and technical data is readily available for open and closed issues.

    + Evaluate configuration changes for impacts to material readiness and supply support products.

    + Prepare monthly reports and other reports as needed.

    + Attend customer meetings and training briefs onsite as needed.

    + Attend customer meetings and training briefs online as needed.

    Requirements:

    + Must obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

    + 1 year Data Management experience preferred.

    + NAVAIR experience preferred.

    **Compensation:** $31.22 + $4.93 H&W
