Position Summary...
Creative Project Management is the internal creative group engine, linking
all functions, and managing the end-to-end workflows for full-funnel
creative campaigns (inclusive of platform and concept development) with
excellence. Sr. Creative Project Managers work closely with Creative
Account Management, Creatives, and Integrated Production to ensure that
projects are moving seamlessly through the system and that challenges are
addressed quickly.
What distinguishes Sr. Creative Project Managers from mid-level Creative
Project Managers is their experience and ability to take on a higher volume
of initiatives and oversee multiple business segments, juggling the ebbs and
flows of each. Additionally, they possess the skillset to work on the largest,
most complex projects & campaigns, and excel in working with our most
senior leadership.
What you'll do...
+ Partner with Creative Account Management on project intake ensuring that resources are appropriately assigned, and jobs are opened in Workfront.
+ Develop detailed project schedules, working with account, creative and production team members on input and alignment.
+ Keep project team updated on key milestones, timeline shifts, and changes in deliverables.
+ Drive projects from beginning to end and be the “go-to” person on project status.
+ Provide detailed support for the creative team and be a “righthand” tothe creative lead through the creative development process.
+ Ensure project milestones and documents are updated in Workfront as projects progress through the agency.
+ Lead internal status meetings and share status documents to ensure clarity of weekly milestones, meetings, and deliverables.
+ Call out scheduling, resourcing or other potential challenges well in advance and offer solutions.
+ Follow up with creative and production teams to ensure they have the assets needed to get the job done. Ensure that the teams are working toward key milestones
+ Liaise with other Creative Account Management & Operations leads to ensure work is being routed to appropriate partners while in development (legal, trademark, Corp Comms, etc.).
+ Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and escalate to creative leadership when needed.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
+ 4-5 years of project management experience at an advertising agency or in-house creative agency.
+ Experience leading a high volume of projects ranging from branding and conceptual development to tactical execution.
+ Experience with Workfront or similar PM software preferred.

+ Can run blind – with significant variability across initiatives, this person must be able to move the ball forward through discovery, trial and error, little background info, and minimal everyday handholding.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
