    About the Role

     

    The **Senior Manager, Emerging Product Content** will report directly to the Director, Core & Emerging Content. You’ll lead the acceleration and scaling of emerging content across the Walmart catalog by balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence. You'll focus on driving emerging content growth through execution, governance, and processes, while co-developing strategic plans for emerging content growth programs and owning the growth roadmap. You'll also help establish content scalability strategies.

     

    We're looking for a rockstar who thrives at the intersection of operations and strategy. **You should be a master of turning 1+1 into 3 (or more) and have an insatiable thirst for exponential growth** . You should be a data ninja, using numbers to squeeze maximum value from growth and assess performance. And, of course, you should be a customer-obsessed storyteller, both in writing and in person.

    You’ll make an impact by:

    Driving and improving **operational workstreams** , including but not limited to:

    + Owning execution, governance, and processes for **emerging content growth operations** .

    + Managing and executing **internal communication programs** across the enterprise focusing on emerging content growth operations.

    + Executing and serving as the **POC for scaling solution implementation** within the business.

    + Developing, structuring, and reporting **OKRs and KPIs** for owned initiatives to senior leaders, in partnership with analytics partners.

    Diving deep and managing **strategic workstreams** , including but not limited to:

    + Co-developing **strategy and plan for emerging growth programs** in partnership with Director.

    + Owning **roadmap** for emerging content growth.

    + Serving as a **SME for emerging product content growth** by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting the external market.

    The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

    Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area.Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.2 years’ supervisory experience.
