As **Manager, Technology Operations - Business** **Analysis** **and Insights** , you’ll be a key contributor to the ongoing success of MP Assortment growth strategy, within Walmart Marketplace.
Reporting to the Director, MP Assortment/ Sales Enablement, this role will support formal and informal reporting and analysis needs and help identify opportunities to accelerate our learning through data.

As a member of MP Assortment growth team, you will be part of the growing Marketplace organization within Walmart. The Assortment growth team is part of the Marketplace Seller acquisition and Onboarding organization, leading initiatives that allow us to identify and recommend customer-favorite, bestselling assortment to our sellers and bring them on platform for our customers.

+ Contributing to a high-performance culture delivering multiple projects, priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Providing data-driven analysis and insights to help support business strategies by evaluating ongoing analytical needs; reporting data-based insights in a uniform manner; reporting on business strategies; collaborating with internal and external business partners to build a consistent and accurate strategy for using data-driven insights.
+ Support Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business review with a focus on actionable insights that influence short-, mid- and long-term strategy.
+ Build automated dashboard and reporting views in BI tools (tableau, looker, etc). Train Business partners on Dashboard and Report utilization for self-guided analysis.
+ Provide root cause analysis as identified through long term KPI trends (ability to manipulate data with SQL and BI tools directly (GCP, tableau, Looker).
+ Synthesize key results into a presentation format that focuses on meaningful insights that inform future action
+ Deliver key data-driven business insights to identify opportunities that will drive new seller acquisition strategy.
+ Perform deep-dive analysis across all areas of the Marketplace New Seller Acquisition experience to drive platform growth.

+ Designing and developing dashboards and data visualizations to enable decision making and to communicate results to leadership.
+ Answering complex business questions via data to enable business and product owners to make critical decisions.
+ Driving understanding of customers and their interaction with products, through in-depth analyses of user behavior and engagement.
+ Delivering best-in-class analytic capabilities and solutions, both in the solutions being deployed and in the soft skillsutilized to be effective in a large, dynamic organization.
Minimum Qualification:
+ Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
+ Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in business or related field.
+ 5+ Years experience in Business analytics/ visualization tools and dashboard development (preferably Looker and Tableau)
+ 5+ years’ experience working with cross-functional teams.

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
