    These are direct hire opportunities, meaning you will be permanently employed with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!

    Salary:

    + $19 - $35/hr (based on shift and experience)

    Shift:

    + Day shift: Mon-Fri | 4:00am – 2:30pm

    + Night shift: Mon – Fri | 2:30pm – 1:00am

    **What You’ll Do:** As a Thread Roller Operator, you’ll work as part of a high-performing team responsible for operating thread rolling machines to manufacture precision threaded fasteners for the heavy truck, automotive, and related industries.

    + Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications

    + Reviewing and verifying incoming blanks, materials, and tools

    + Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting thread rolling machines

    + Using SPC systems, machine controls, and process monitoring tools

    + Measuring parts using micrometers, calipers, thread ring gauges, and other inspection tools

    + Maintaining accurate quality records and production documentation

    + Following supervisor instructions and maintaining a clean, organized work area

    + Performing daily and weekly preventive maintenance to ensure machine performance

    What We’re Looking For:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Minimum 3 years of experience operating thread rolling machines, or similar metal forming machinery

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

    + Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    + Solid organizational and communication skills

    + A results-driven, team-oriented mindset
