Job Title: Production Associate

**Location:** Fort Lawn, SC

**Pay Rate:** $17.50/hour

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

**Employment Type:** Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Job Summary:

Kelly® is partnering with a premier manufacturing facility in Fort Lawn, SC to find motivated and reliable **Production Associates** . This is a great opportunity for individuals who are eager to grow, learn, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Repackage glass bottles into different casings on a production line

+ Perform visual inspections and sort bottles by serial number for accuracy

+ Palletize and move cases of empty and full bottles using safe lifting techniques

+ Inspect bottles, apply caps, tighten, and ensure proper coding is applied

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures

+ Assist with other general labor or production tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

+ Ability to **lift up to 50 lbs** on a regular basis

+ Comfortable working in a **standing** and **physically active** role

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to **follow instructions** accurately

+ Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment is a plus

+ Ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
