Forklift Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift (Clamp, EPJ, High Reach, or Order Picker)

**Location:** Hutchins, TX

**Pay:** $17.70–$20.60 per hour (based on experience)

**Schedule:** 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available

**Employment Type:** Temp-to-Hire

We’re hiring experienced forklift operators for multiple clients in the Hutchins area. These are temp-to-hire roles with competitive pay and long-term potential. Openings are available across several warehouse and logistics operations depending on your equipment experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Depending on the client and your skill set, you may work with:

+ Clamp forklift

+ Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) and Order Picker

+ High Reach Truck and Order Picker

+ General Order Picking

You’ll be responsible for:

+ Safely operating assigned equipment

+ Picking, staging, or moving product accurately

+ Meeting productivity goals

+ Following site-specific safety procedures
