The successful candidate for this role will serve as the central point of contact for all operations throughout the store remodeling process. This role involves managing ticket escalations and expedited resolution, ensuring a smooth operational process during this transformative period. In this capacity, the candidate will also champion our store within the community, advocating for the needs and interests of our customers and fostering cross-functional collaboration with various teams and departments. They will also be responsible for providing support in the development of new store modulars and category space.
What you'll do...
+ This role expands to include presenting our remodeling processes at dedicated training sessions such as the remodel school, new store school, and roadshows. This will involve demonstrating our strategies, processes, and execution plans to wider audiences.
+ The candidate will lead the development and direction of category modular assortments and design layouts. This involves working closely with buyers to ensure that the modular development aligns with the overarching category strategy. The candidate will also be responsible for store clustering based on similar selling patterns, reviewing the effectiveness of previous modulars, and overseeing the modification and execution of the predominant modular assortment based on individual store needs.
+ The candidate will be responsible for managing the creation and implementation of modular cluster variations. This involves analyzing optimal item assortments, maintaining modular layout design, and recommending alternate solutions when design integrity is compromised. They will also be responsible for preparing reports for use in the modular walkthrough and developing cover letters detailing strategy and execution instructions.
+ The successful candidate will identify strategic opportunities in the design and development of category modules. They will do this by reviewing internal and external data sources, identifying product and customer trends within categories, comparing Walmart and competitor data, and identifying market gaps.
+ The candidate will manage the modular relay process for assigned categories by identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations. They will also collaborate with both internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the completion of modular milestones according to the project timeline.
+ The successful candidate will manage a validation team tasked with auditing store merchandise designs. This includes ensuring effective controls in design, scope, and prototype processes. They will also maintain and update a central database of store merchandisable space, fixtures, equipment, signing, and design layouts.
+ This role will direct multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, and removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance.
+ Promote and uphold company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. They will ensure business needs are met through ongoing evaluation of current plans, programs, and initiatives, while also participating in and supporting community outreach events.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
