Job Description Summary:
The Lead Specialist, Reauthorization is responsible for processing reauthorization for patients and acts as a team lead by assisting the Reauthorization Supervisor or Manager to provide guidance and support in training team members. Additionally, the Lead Specialist will drive the resolution of complex issues, leveraging expertise to address challenges and ensure smooth operations. The role also involves taking leadership in special assignments, overseeing project execution, and ensuring timely and successful completion while driving continuous improvement within the team.

Job Responsibilities
+ Processes reauthorization for all patients with speed and accuracy.
+ Provides comprehensive training and mentoring for new hires.
+ Assist Reauthorization Supervisor and Manager to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
+ Assist Reauthorization Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
+ High school diploma or equivalent is required.
+ Minimum of two years of experience in related experience.
+ Healthcare/medical billing experience preferred.
Basic Qualifications
+ Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities at one time.
+ Ability to work in a fast past environment.
+ High degree of self-discipline in maintaining productivity expectations.
+ Must be detail-oriented and have a high degree of quality focus.
Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $24.31-$40.50
