Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $25 - $30 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Field Operation Manager:

+ Perform physical labor on pool construction projects, including excavation, forming, pool bottom installation, plumbing, and equipment setup

+ Work alongside in-house technicians to build pools from start to finish, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship

+ Operate and maintain construction tools, excavation equipment, and plumbing tools

+ Ensure all construction follows safety standards and best practices

+ Collaborate with the leadership team and experienced staff to coordinate schedules and resources for construction projects

+ Perform and oversee complex service jobs, including new pool cover and liner installations

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot pool plumbing, electrical, filtration, and automation systems

+ Train and supervise service technicians, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance

+ Provide project progress, team performance, and operational improvements

+ Implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency

+ Assist in hiring, training, and developing new technicians to support company growth

+ Work closely with the AGM to align field operations with overall business strategy

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

Job requirements:

+ 5+ years of experience in construction, trades, or mechanical services

+ Strong hands-on skills in construction, installation, or service work

+ Ability to lead a team, train employees, and delegate tasks effectively

+ Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or work plans

+ Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing, and electrical issues

+ Ability to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions

+ Valid driver's license with a clean record
