    The **Administrative Assistant II** performs a variety of administrative functions. This position reports to a director and provides assistance utilizing secretarial support skills to maintain departmental operation.

    Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    + High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.

    + A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

    + Experience in health care or corporate sectors.

    + Proficient in MS Office Applications.

    Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

    + Associate degree or higher.
