Program Overview
Discover opportunities designed to set your career in motion! The Comcast internship/co-op program will help you cultivate meaningful relationships, develop strong interpersonal and business skills, gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a Fortune 40 media and technology company, and receive mentorship opportunities to expand your professional network.
This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast’s top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.
Role Overvie** **w
Comcast Lift Zones support partnerships throughout the community with connectivity. This role supports our local teams and community partners and works collaboratively to achieve our company and team impact goals.
They will track program performance and data that supports the evolution of the Comcast community-based business-aligned programs in concert with Lift Zone partners as well as support our Technology Empowerment Program – leading fulfillment, tracking and measurement of our multi-million-dollar investment into community technology.
They will maintain close business-based partner relationships to enhance the overall experience of the Lift Zone programs as well as activities touching income-constrained communities.
This role will assist with a range of functions, including site maintenance, reporting and customer/partner communication processes.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-- Evaluating the effectiveness of various Lift Zones engagement plan tactics
-- Reviewing, processing, and uploading recipient documents to SharePoint
-- Swag Inventory Management & Fulfillment
-- Data Management:
_New Lift Zones:_
* Track, update and report out new Lift Zone requests weekly - ensure all data is correctly inputted by the regional contacts, reach out to the contact for any further information or clarification
* Tee up information for review by Sr. Manager // Sr. Director
_Offboarding Lift Zones:_
* Track, update and report out new Lift Zone Offboarding Requests weekly - ensure all data is correctly inputted by the regional contacts, reach out to the contact for any further information or clarification
* Tee up information for review by the Sr. Manager // Sr. Director
_Supporting the following processes:_
* Evaluating usage at current Lift Zones
* Identifies and executes opportunities to drive impact and achieve program efficiency
* Supports new and existing vendor management including monitoring, reviewing, and tracking outcomes
_Rebrand Marketing // Branding Fulfillment:_
* Track and fulfill relevant rebrand materials to appropriate Lift Zones as laid out in the rebrand plan produced by the Sr. Manager, Sr. Director and V3
* Ensure final delivery and installation in tandem with the regional leads

+ 3.0 GPA or higher preferred
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management
+ Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
+ Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong interest in the telecommunications, cable, and media industries
+ Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative work environment
+ Preferred Majors: Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing, Communications
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
+ Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2025, through March 27, 2026.
+ Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
+ Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
