    We are seeking a critical member of the **Landing Systems Finance Team** as an **Associate Director, Financial Planning and Analysis** . This role is responsible for leading and supporting the business unit’s strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. The role will report to the Director of FP&A and will have the opportunity to interact with all levels of the organization including the senior leadership team. This role will provide exposure to a wide range of FP&A activities.

    What You Will Do:

    + **You will work onsite at our Troy, Ohio facility**

    + Coordinate the preparation and consolidation of the financial forecasts, including monthly forecasts, annual operating plan, and long-range strategic plan to ensure timely and accurate submission.

    + Drive variance analysis and financial presentations for Senior Management within Landing Systems of actuals and forecasts.

    + Support the month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes including communication internally and with the Advanced Structures SBU.

    + Coordinate financial forecasts including the full income statement, full balance sheet and cashflow.

    + Provide business analysis for strategic projects.

    + Drive application of our CORE tools and process improvements

    + Automate and improve processes by utilizing advanced tools in Excel, PowerPoint, and HFM

    + Supervise direct reports including providing guidance regarding career development plans.

    + Maintain/enhance the reporting tools.

    + Special projects as required – including financial presentations and financial analysis.

    Must Have Qualifications:

    + Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience in FP&A or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience in FP&A

    + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

    + Prior people management experience to include performance, development, and engagement of financial teams

    + Prior experience delivering financial insights to senior leaders

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Prior experience driving actions to resolution and managing multiple and varied tasks to meet deliverable timelines.

    + Experience leveraging analytical and organizational skills.

    + Prior experience communicating effectively with all levels of management.

    + Experience with SAP and HFM

    The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

     

    RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
