    **Competitive Compensation: ** Starting at $18.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift and Weekend Shifts.

    **Shifts Needed** :

    + 1st shift, 5:00am - 3:00pm, Monday-Thursday

    + 2nd shift, 3:00pm - 1:00am, Monday-Thursday

    + Weekend 1st, 5:00am - 5:00pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

    We are looking for Operator I in our Components and Shipping departments within the Distribution Center Division. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.   

    Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities 

    + Performing all duties associated within the department.

    + Following instructions and communicating effectively.

    + Reads orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.

    + Conveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas.

    + Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.

    + Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to the packing station or shipping dock staging area.

    Key Qualifications

    + Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.

    + Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

    + Must be at least 18 years old.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent.

    Additional Requirements 

    + **Physical Capability: ** Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 35 pounds or more.

    + **Screening:** Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.

    + **Reliability:** Consistent attendance and work performance.

    + **Safety Compliance:** Follow all safety policies and procedures.
