**Arlluk Technology Solutions, LLC,** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior.NET Developer with a TS/SCI Clearance to support **ATS** and Department of State the Office of Foreign Missions Information System (TOMIS) in Washington, DC. _This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity._

This is in support of the Office of Foreign Missions Information System (TOMIS) with software application development, system administration, and help desk support.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

+ At least 3-5 years of experience interpreting complex requirements; and designing, developing, and implementing applications systems and components using Microsoft Development Tools (. NET, MVC)

+ Demonstrated experience and abilities creating, modifying, maintaining, testing, and implementing complex software applications

+ Possess a strong understanding of Object-oriented design (OOD)

+ Demonstrated experience and abilities developing Web-based applications

+ Has experience working in a team environment

+ Has experience developing application using the Agile methodology

+ Familiar with the Agile/Scrum practices and approach

+ Flexible, highly motivated, self-starter who is able to handle multiple projects

+ Good oral and written communication skills"

Requirements:

+ Minimum of associate’s degree in computer science, related field, or related experience

+ Formal training in .NET programming practices is preferred

+ TS/SCI Clearance required
