Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Shift Supervisor** to join our team! In this role you will get to **lead a team of shift Operators** .

What You'll Be Doing:

+ Be a permanent staff employee andserve as the primary point of contactshift operators

+ Displaying knowledge and skills to utilize to operate ITS software, web-based and software applications, as well as utility programs to manage and monitor ITS field devices

+ Leading teams and make sound decisions in a high-paced environment

+ Delegating tasks amongst shift workers

+ Conducting incident audits

+ Leading in coordination efforts with partner agencies

+ Preparing KPI reports and other report deliverables

+ Acting as the point of contact for other operational stakeholders

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

+ Associates degree and 3+ years of related experience

+ At least 2+ years of recent experience in leading teams

+ TxDOT TMC Supervisor or Operator experience

+ Experience making SLA,s, KPIs, and other metrics in a TMC or similar environment

+ The ability to address conduct and performance issues

+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment
