    About the Role

     

    This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI.

     

    As Senior Corporate Facilities Analyst, you will assist with concept drawings and implementation of short-term plans for office space within all Corporate Offices, buildings to include Corporate Offices, Distribution Centers, Call Centers, New York Design Office, Data Centers, Wellness Center and the Photo Studio.

    What You’ll Do

    + Create layouts that provide options and solutions for office space and planning requests and productivity needs

    + Create takeoffs and orders for necessary products for build-outs

    + Provide 3D modeling for leadership review

    + Coordinate small-scale construction projects, including design, approval, contractor management and partner coordination

    + Create budgets and timelines for each project

    + Execute projects within the timeline and financial plan

    + Create purchase orders from data provided by third-party vendors

    + Coordinate work with vendors

    + Maintain issue resolution with third-party vendors relating to purchase orders

    + Generate work orders from workstation requests and maintain a spreadsheet tracking requests and their completion dates

    + Provide floor plans as requested

    + Oversee workstation and furniture inventory to ensure on-hand product is planned into new projects

    + Coordinate and supervise office and space moves

    + Create, maintain and evolve best practices to coordinate moves and office request changes

    + Additional tasks may be assigned

     

    What Skills You Have

    Required

    + Bachelor's Degree

    + 3+ years of experience in a related field

    + Strong negotiation and organizational skills

    Preferred

    + Experience in a Corporate Planning Environment

    + Experience in budget preparation, time and project management

    + AutoCad Trained and working knowledge of Google Suite Applications

    + Trained in Sketchup or other 3D modeling program

    + Customer service and detailed oriented with willingness to learn

    + Strong critical thinking skills with a solution driven mindset

    + Interest in interior design and creative space planning
