Position Summary

City Winery is

excited to launch a new concession stand concept featuring to go wine, ice

cream and a variety of unique, elevated treats. We’re seeking enthusiastic,

guest-focused Concession Stand Attendants to help bring this experience to

life. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service, preparing and

serving food and beverage items, and maintaining a clean and organized

concession area.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and

provide knowledgeable information about menu offerings, including wine ice

cream and specialty items

• Operate POS system

efficiently and accurately; handle cash and card transactions

• Prepare and serve items in

accordance with portion and quality standards

• Maintain cleanliness and

sanitation standards for food prep and service areas

• Restock inventory and

supplies throughout the shift

• Follow all health, safety,

and alcohol service regulations

• Support the team in opening,

closing, and cleaning duties

Provide

a warm and welcoming guest experience consistent with City Winery standards

Minimum Qualifications

●

Previous experience in concessions, quick service, or

hospitality preferred

●

Strong communication and guest service skills

●

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

●

Must be 18+; 21+ preferred for alcohol handling

●

Food Handlers Certificate and/or Alcohol Server Certification

a plus

●

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as

needed
