    Job Summary

    As a Manager of Operations, you will oversee the daily logistics of venue operations, ensuring that departments run efficiently and events are flawlessly executed. You will drive continuous improvement, align teams with operational goals, and lead with precision and accountability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee all aspects of daily operations across departments

    + Manage staffing schedules and ensure compliance with labor standards

    + Coordinate event setup and breakdown logistics

    + Maintain communication across all department leads

    + Track and report on operational performance metrics

    + Ensure safety and sanitation protocols are enforced

    + Liaise with venue partners and clients to meet expectations

    + Support inventory and procurement operations

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred

    + 3+ years of operational management experience in hospitality or live events

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software

    + Strong knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards

    + Experience with vendor and labor management
