LPN Clinical Coordinator Full-Time

**This employee can sit in our Springfield or Litchfield branch

Elara Caring is looking for a passionate **Licensed Practical LPN Nurse Clinical Coordinator** to join our elite team of healthcare professionals and make a difference, one patient at a time.

What is Required?

+ LPN or LVN required in the state of practice

+ 2 years of experience as LPN preferred

+ Possession of working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health care benefits, policies and procedures preferred

+ Positive attitude

+ Dedication to quality patient care

+ Strong communication skills

+ Reliable transportation to perform job duties

The low end of the compensation range is $25.00 to the high end up to $30.00 hourly, which can include additional earnings for work beyond quota, bonuses, on-call, or other performance-based compensation variables.
