Description:
Senior Administrative Assistant – full time – Eddy Visiting Nurse and Rehab Association Troy, NY Eddy Visiting Nurse and Rehab Assoc. has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to work as a member of our team.
We are looking for an energetic, flexible individual willing to work with our rehab and nursing teams to provide assistance and support as needed. Must have excellent phone and computer skills, ability to multitask and work collaboratively with other administrative assistants, management and clinicians.
Work schedule is 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Education – high school diploma required. Experience: 1-2 years experience with customer service or secretarial work.

Pay Range: $18.50-$24.92
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
