OUTCOME ANALYST, St Peters Hospital - Hybrid Remote and Onsite Ft Days
**Position Summary** :
The Outcomes Analyst **optimizes the collection, aggregation and utilization of data for the cardiovascular program. The analyst manages the hospital’s participation in all external databases and assures the submission of accurate, reliable data. Investigates data quality problems and** develops and analyzes a variety of outcome data using various statistical methods including. **Supports physicians, allied health professionals and all clinical staff in the** in the design and development of valid, reliable outcome measures that will drive the demonstration of excellence and evaluation of opportunities to improve patient outcomes and processes of care. **Participates in** data gathering techniques, data aggregation and presentation options to engage key groups whom will drive clinical care.
Education Requirements** : Baccalaureate Degree, **health related preferred.
**Experience Requirements** : **Three to five years with health care related experience and/or** **proficiency in clinical data management preferred.** .
Pay Range: $23.07hr - $38.03hr
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
