    Job Summary

    We are looking for a strategic leader to join our team as the Director of IT for Enterprise Transformation and Functions . This senior IT leader will be responsible for Simplifying and Modernizing the Corporate Systems landscape, acting as the key IT functional partner, and driving M&A transactions as they occur. This role is crucial in driving the success of the new Electronics business by shaping an enhanced operating model and corporate process re-design. Establishing an agile and forward-looking environment will be key to the growth prospects expected in this new enterprise.

     

    Director of IT for Enterprise Transformation and Functions will be part of the ‘new’ Electronics Global Leadership team of the Information Technology function and will report directly to the CIO. The successful candidate will lead a global team of employees and partners, including core vendor partners driving large program implementations.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    + **Strategic Planning & Program Leadership**

    + Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure IT program alignment with business strategy and priorities.

    + Define and promote the vision, strategy, and operating model for Corporate Solutions (SAP, Salesforce, OMP…) including the development of roadmaps, governance, policies, and controls.

    + Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary and global team of technology professionals focused on delivering business value while attracting and developing top talent.

    + Ensure timely delivery of reliable, efficient, and effective digital, analytics, and technology solutions.

    + **Simplifying & Modernizing the Corporate Landscape**

    + Drive ‘Plan for Independence’ to separate Electronics business from a shared landscape and Transition Services (TSAs) from pending transaction

    + Launch ERP Simplification program to consolidate legacy SAP environments ensuring legacy processes are fully capable and business understand changes in operations

    + Launch modernization program to establish S4 HANA footprint for recently acquired stand-alone business unit

    + Manage migration of sites from legacy network to new Electronics footprint

    + **Mergers & Acquisitions**

    + Elevate the M&A experience with creative use of solutions, partners, and internal resources to meet demanding timelines while maintaining strict business continuity standards.

    + Partner with key leadership stakeholders across the business units and Corporate Functions to ensure end-to-end effectiveness of delivery.

    + Find new pathways for success and improvements to the status quo.

    + **Development**

    + Set standards and grow the skillset across Data, Process, and Application teams.

    + Promote Global Process quality and efficiency to expand capabilities while reducing cost over time.

    + Engage the global workforce to create inclusion and cooperation across regions, teams, and partners.

     

    Education & Experience

    Required:

    + Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field;

    + 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in large organizations.

    + Senior leadership experience in large program delivery and/or development.

    + Recent experience in M&A engagements or delivery preferred.

    + In-depth knowledge of major corporate systems including ERP, Procurement, Marketing & Sales, or Manufacturing systems.

    + Outstanding leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

    + Proven capability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

    Preferred:

    + Advanced degree is preferred
