    Job Description

    **About the team:** Provide mechanical - technical expertise for assigned areas by approving preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and improving processes. Also be the go-to Mechanical Technician for Level II’s and Level III’s when needed.

    What to look forward to as a Mechanical Technical Lead:

    + Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery, including mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

    + Collaborate with planners and production teams to approve and prepare daily work, materials, and equipment.

    + Oversee and perform predictive maintenance to ensure equipment safety, reliability, and uptime.

    + Identify and fabricate machine parts using OEM drawings, SAP, and machine shop tools; recommend equipment/process improvements.

    + Accurately document maintenance activities in line with MOS procedures and provide timely feedback to supervisors.

    + Adhere to all safety regulations and support compliance with TS 16949, ISO 14000, and company corporate principles.

    + Operate and monitor equipment, interpret HMI/controller error messages, and maintain knowledge of machine-related fluids.

    + Support a clean and collaborative work environment through 5S practices, teamwork, and effective shift communication.

    Your profile as a Mechanical Technical Lead:

    + Proficient in reading blueprints, engineering schematics, and technical documentation.

    + Skilled in precision machining with high tolerances and operation of CNC equipment.

    + Strong foundation in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.

    + Experienced with robotics and automation, including program adjustments and system optimization.

    + Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

    + Adept at planning project timelines and meeting technical gateways through extensive engineering knowledge.

    + Proven leadership and team coordination experience, including mentoring and directing technicians.

    + Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills backed by an Associate’s Degree and 6–8 years of experience.
