Job Summary:
Medical City Arlington is seeking a full-time, board-certified Obgyn to join a high-performing OB Hospitalist team in a role that offers flexibility, professional support, and meaningful impact. This is a wonderful opportunity for physicians who enjoy hospital-based practice and are looking for a collaborative and empowering environment.
Qualified Candidates:
+ 24-hour shifts
+ No on-call duties
+ Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance
+ Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter)
+ First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians
+ Strong, reliable back-up call system
+ Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies
+ Supported by highly experienced operational and clinical teams to ensure your success
