Interventional Spine and PM&R Physician opportunity with established ortho spine group in Nashville, TN.

Qualified Candidates:

+ Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation required

+ ACGME Pain Medicine or NASS Interventional Spine fellowship required

+ Availability to relocate and begin new practice in 2025
