    Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Communications & Marketing Coordinator to support internal, digital, and external communications.

     

    **Location:** Orlando, FL (100% On-Site)

    **Schedule:** Full-Time, Mon–Fri (40 hrs/week)

    **Compensation:** $26/hr **Contract:** 6 months with strong potential for extension or permanent hire

    Ideal Candidate:

    Recent grads (within 2 years) or soon-to-be grads able to work full-time. Creative, proactive, detail-oriented individuals looking to grow in corporate communications and marketing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop internal/external communications aligned with brand messaging

    + Create content for email, intranet, website, and social media

    + Maintain/update web content

    + Design branded materials (presentations, infographics, etc.)

    + Support event communications and logistics

    + Ensure brand consistency across visual assets

    + Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on marketing materials

    + Support employee engagement programs

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in communications, marketing, or related field

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

    + Strong writing, design, and multitasking skills

    Preferred:

    + Experience in digital/web writing, event planning, or project coordination

    + Familiarity with SAP (not required)

    + Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
