Job Summary:

_Advanced Practice Provider wanted to join Neurosurgery practice at St. Mark’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT._

Qualified Candidates:

+ Join existing practice working with an experienced neurosurgeon

+ Responsible to perform outpatient work and inpatient work in the operating room

+ Outpatient clinic located on hospital campus

+ Active UT license and DEA required or ability to obtain UT license and DEA
