Description
The Amazon Music Personalization and AI Innovation team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and organizational mechanisms across the organization. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure execution of strategic initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation and learning. In this role you will own org wide mechanisms for: goal reporting, business reviews, guest speaker learning series, offsites and travel, and more. You will be part of the leadership team, taking part in and executing strategic decisions around organizational design and hiring.

Key job responsibilities
• Drive comprehensive metrics and goal reporting across the organization
• Own and optimize mechanisms for team development, such as guest lecture series and team events
• Serve as the primary representative for the Personalization and AI Innovation org in Amazon Music process discussions.
• Build and nurture internal communities of practice, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic planning and organizational effectiveness
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
