    Description

    Amazon Worldwide Operations Integration team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology programs and product roadmap within Amazon Logistics (AMZL). This role requires scoping innovative, complex, disruptive cross-mile programs and products at scale that positions AMZL as a preferred carrier for both internal and external customers.

     

    AMZL Worldwide Ops Integration (WWOI) Team is responsible for launching new initiatives in AMZL to help solve peculiar problems. The areas of focus includes 1) Accelerating, enhancing & simplifying new business launches/integration within AFN 2) Enhance customer experience with focus on increasing Delivery Speed, and 3) Drive value & optimize cost for overall business

     

    A successful candidate will be highly analytical, be customer obsessed, able to overcome obstacles, and have excellent written and verbal communication. The candidate should be comfortable leading cross-functional business decisions, aligning partner teams, and recommend long-term solutions and business case grounded in data. The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, has attention to detail, comfortable with ambiguity, and a passion for driving change.

     

    Key job responsibilities

     

    - Deliver crisp scoping documents outlining novel solutions and product ideas, set objectives, analyze data and drive success metrics that are quantifiable.

     

    - Create buy-in for product vision across all stakeholders, including broader cross-mile partner teams

     

    - Manage full lifecycle of cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations

     

    - Own end to end roadmap for the program/product delivery and develop overall strategy

     

    - Partner with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering teams to determine project portfolio prioritization and required resource allocation in planning cycles.

     

    - Work with program managers, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives

     

    - Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end-to-end outcomes for Amazon customers

    Basic Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent

     

    - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

     

    - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

     

    - Experience with end to end product delivery

     

    - Experience owning technology products

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

     

    - Master's degree or equivalent

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
