    Join a dynamic and growing team working at the intersection of real estate and technology to build Amazon's cloud business (data centers). We are seeking an exceptionally bright and self-motivated individual to provide support and analysis to the data center real estate team.

We are looking for a talented professional to join the AWS Real Estate Team who will operate on both strategic and tactical levels to support the expansion of AWS’s Data Center Network in the U.S.

     

    In this role, you will support the team who is working directly with land owners, developers, PE firms, local jurisdictions, and land use attorneys to build and develop data centers. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary internal and external stakeholders to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships to ensure that projects are tracked and successfully delivered.

     

    You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary internal and external stakeholders to produce outcomes that support sustainable growth and are sensitive to the communities in which we expand. You will work internally to Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

    - Develop and manage real estate land development programs and initiatives in line with company goals and objectives.

     

    - Oversee and coordinate the reporting of real estate land development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

     

    - Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external entities to ensure seamless program execution.

     

    - Establish and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools to streamline program delivery

     

    - Monitor and report on program progress, risks, issues, and key performance metrics (KPIs) to stakeholders.

     

    - Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Design Engineering, Legal, Economic Development, Public Policy, Construction and Capacity Planning.

     

    - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

     

    - Develop and deliver training programs for program management to enhance their skills and knowledge.

     

    - Communicating project status across many teams and management levels

    Basic Qualifications

    4+ years of program or project management experience.

     

    Familiarity with the real-estate land development process.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Strong working knowledge of Smartsheet and working knowledge of Salesforce

     

    Experience with Tableau and Power BI

     

    GIS interface experience

     

    Experience leveraging in AI for productivity and automation

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
