• **Location:** In-Person
• **Schedule:** Day Shift
• **Education:** High School Diploma or Equivalent
• **Job Description**
As a Property Transfer Clerk, you will be responsible for processing real property transfers, handling homestead applications, and ensuring accurate data entry. You’ll interact with the public, read legal documents like deeds and wills, and help ensure property records are up to date and accurate.
•️** **Key Responsibilities
+ Enter property sales into state-provided software
+ Take and process homestead applications
+ Read and interpret deeds and wills to determine ownership
+ Assist walk-in customers
+ Answer phone calls and provide customer support
•** **Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong data entry skills
+ Paralegal background preferred
+ Ability to work independently
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Trustworthy and results-driven
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
+ High attention to detail
