    Our client, a leader in compliance and logistics, is seeking a Compliance/Logistics Analyst to join their team. As a Compliance/Logistics Analyst, you will be part of the compliance department supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Compliance/Logistics Analyst

    **Location:** Chicago, IL

    **Pay Range:** $22/hr on w2

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Conduct thorough auditing of all US import documents and declarations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

    + Confirm that all US imports have the required documentation, including HAWBs, BOLs, invoices, and packing lists.

    + Maintain the division SharePoint system for all US imported materials, ensuring auditing is completed within the scope of corporate policies.

    + Coordinate with internal teams, clients, customs brokers, and government agencies to resolve customs-related issues.

    + Stay informed about changes in customs regulations, trade agreements, and industry practices.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 1-2 years of experience in US import, brokerage, or forwarding, with a preference for US import clearance processing.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

    + Prior auditing experience, preferably in US imports.

    + Knowledge of USHTS, COO, USDA, FDA, and TSCA terminology.

    + Ability to document errors, issues, and findings confidently.
