Our client, a leader in the construction and facilities management industry, is seeking a Construction/Facilities Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction/Facilities Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various facility renovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high sense of urgency which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Construction/Facilities Project Manager

**Location:** Round Lake, IL. ONSITE

What's the Job?

+ Manage different aspects of a facility renovation project ensuring quality and cost goals are met.

+ Monitor construction activities and implement, administer, and control project documentation.

+ Draft Scope of Work (SOW) and User Requirements, participate in design reviews, and lead project execution.

+ Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.

+ Foster a collaborative team management philosophy in all decision-making processes.

What's Needed?

+ BS in a related engineering discipline and 5 or more years of facilities and/or construction project management experience.

+ Familiarity with facility renovation and the ability to work with minimal direction.

+ Proven track record of managing diverse activities and demonstrated leadership skills.

+ Ability to effectively communicate technical and project management overviews.

+ Knowledge of GMPs, FDA guidelines, and purchasing practices.
