    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer to join the Marketing Technology team. The AEP Developer will play a crucial role in the Marketing Technology Team by enabling the effective use of customer data to drive personalized marketing strategies. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that data from various sources (web, mobile, CRM, etc.) are integrated into the Adobe Experience Platform, creating unified customer profiles, implementing and integrating various AEP Suite components for all cross-functional teams and understanding how AEP integrates with Adobe Marketo and Salesforce to effectively communicate insights to leadership.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of experience working as an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer.

     

    - Experience working across the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Data Collection Suite including but not limited to: Customer Data Platform (CDP - B2C/B2B), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO - B2C), Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Audience Manager (AEM).

     

    - Experience with Python to process large datasets, perform data transformations, and analyze customer data to derive insights

     

    - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Development (Front End & UX) and Data Teams.

     

    - Experience with front end development utilizing JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

     

    Thorough understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Certified in one or more of the following areas: Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO - B2C), Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Audience Manager (AEM), Adobe Marketo Engage null
