    About The Role:

    As a CBRE VAS (Valuation & Advisory Services) Client Services Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of client services personnel.

     

    This job is part of the Client Services Job Function. They are responsible for providing daily advice and support to clients that need assistance with business products and services.

    What You'll Do:

    + Coordinate quotes, including Activate set up with conflict check within 30 minutes of bid notification. Follow up with bidder if response is not received in time. Flag bids in designated email box for bid response tracking.

    + Sign and send back contracts.

    + Coordinate setup requests with the New Assignments Team.

    + Introduce clients to assigned appraisers.

    + Produce contracts out of Activate to approve and send to clients as needed.

    + Assist management with implementation of training program for employees. Provide guidance and training to new and current team members.

    + Maintain quote and engagement workflow when the practice leader is out of the office at meetings, conferences, vacation, or other VAS related tasks.

    + Coordinate and provide back-up support to the team during absences, attrition, or heavy work.

    + Outlook inbox management: manage emails and remove leadership from excess cc emails.

    + Process expense reimbursements.

    + Sweep specific client portals to make sure jobs are accepted on the day they are awarded, including evaluations.

    + Help set up team meetings as needed and create any requested presentation materials/data.

    + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

    + High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.

    + In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.

    + Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.

    + Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Excellent organizational skills with a master level inquisitive approach.
