Job Description
An employer is looking for a Secret or TS Space Defense Acquisition Analyst to support a DOD program in the El Segundo, CA area. The Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for all DOD acquisition tasks/strategies on the program, including documentation requirements for milestone and decision events, strategic planning with key clients and acquisition pathway analyses. They will support statutory, regulatory, and policy acquisition updates impacting each projects success and ultimately will get to work on both sides of the acquisition and contract lifecycle.
Paying: $85-97/hr depending on experience

Skills and Requirements
- Active Secret or TS Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience within DOD acquisition research, management, interpretation etc
- Experience providing recommendations for acquisition program teams on acquisition pathways, ie documentation tailoring and baselining - Certs: DAU Acquisition Logistics Level I, Test & Evaluation Level I, Program Management Level II, Systems Engineering (SPRDE) Level II, or any APDP certification
- Experience working at Space Systems Command
- Experience producing Integrated Master Schedules within Microsoft Project null
