Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a nearshore Scrum Master to join our team. As a Mid-Level Scrum Master, you will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices. You will be asked to coordinate the support, testing, and deployment aspects of the team and ensure each is given the proper attention/priority. You will be responsible for removing impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, fostering a collaborative and productive environment within the team. Additionally, you will coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices, working closely with both business and technical teams to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized. Tracking and reporting on team progress and performance metrics will be part of your role, along with promoting continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field

-3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role

-Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum techniques

-Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

-Experience using Jira for managing product team backlog.

-Familiarity with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean)

-Proven record of successful project delivery -Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g., Advanced Certified

-Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional)

-Medical device or healthcare industry experience null
