    QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico.

    Responsibilities:

    + Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions.

    + Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their department and any required job openings.

    + Schedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background verification.

    + Create new-hire onboarding programs and deliver compelling new-hire orientations.

    + Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.

    + Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.

    + Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.

    + Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates

    + Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area

    + 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment for IT, Pharmaceutical and Medical device industries.

    + Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and administrative tools

    + Experience with Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass, Beeline and VNDLY)

    + Able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently

    + Proven expertise with complex and high-volume scheduling

    + Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

    + Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Experienced user of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

    + Capability to interact with people across all levels of business with a high, customer service orientation and a focus on building high quality relationships

    + Expertise within recruiting tools and technologies

    + Capability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment and provide remote support

    + Experience within Human Resources preferred

    + Available for administrative shift (8am to 5pm)

    + Able to work remotely
