    Elder Ford of Tampa, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, is searching for skilled AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS with outstanding customer service skills, to be the face of our brand and service experience. Join our MOBILE team as we take our service lane out into the community!

     

    We are looking for self-motivated, automotive technicians who are personable, dependable, and trustworthy. Our mobile automotive repair unit will help us deliver light automotive services directly to customers. They will manage their day in the community traveling to appointments, performing services like recall replacements and oil changes. As the face of Elder Ford of Tampa, our mobile techs will provide a best-in-class customer experience! Technicians must be able to drive a large van and maintain a neat and clean work area. Ford or Lincoln experience is a huge plus!

    As a Mobile Service Technician, you will:

    + Organize and prepare for the day's appointments

    + Engage with several different customers each day and represent Elder Ford of Tampa

    + Apply hospitality skills by warmly greeting and engaging with customers

    + Consult with the customer on work to be performed

    + Perform a multi-point inspection

    + Perform the work needed in a clean and efficient manner

    + Commit to a leave a spotless, no-trace, work area

     

    Who are we looking for?

     

    + 3 or more years of Technician experience

    + Ford or Lincoln experience is a plus

    + Outstanding customer service skills

    + Ability to operate a large vehicle

    + Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record is necessary!

    + Strong communication skills

    + Self-motivated

    + Outstanding attention to detail
