    What you’ll do…

     

    + You will create, Track & Receive POs

    + You will call in locates, follow up on responses

    + You will key billing data from timesheet / LMR’s into billing system with high degree of accuracy.

    + You will receive new jobs from Customer

    + You will set up new jobs in the Job Management system

    + You will bill Customer and Correct Rejections as needed

    + You will order materials and office supplies

    + You will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

    + You will answer phones in a professional and courteous manner

    + You have strong customer Service skills

    + You have strong Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel

    + You have the ability to mulit task and strong attention to detail

    + You are a self starter

    + You have effective communication skills
