    You’ll support our South Region, which includes Florida and Texas, and work closely with business leaders to drive visibility, strengthen client engagement, and support growth through marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone who balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is equally comfortable building campaigns, shaping pursuit strategies, or partnering with leadership.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Design and execute regional marketing strategies that support business goals across Florida and Texas

    + Partner with office and regional leaders in Boca Raton (https://bohlerengineering.com/locations/south-florida/) , Miami (https://bohlerengineering.com/locations/miami-fl/) , Tampa (https://bohlerengineering.com/locations/tampa-fl/) , Orlando (https://bohlerengineering.com/locations/orlando-fl/) , and Dallas (https://bohlerengineering.com/locations/dallas-tx/)

    +   Shape pursuit strategy by identifying win themes, aligning messaging, and guiding proposal direction in collaboration with local teams

    + Build and manage multi-channel campaigns: social, web, PR, email, events

    + Translate market trends into actionable strategies that support business development

    + Collaborate with your manager to shape your career growth within a flexible, high-trust environment

    What You Bring:

    + 7+ years in AEC marketing, commercial real estate, or professional services

    + Strong communication and project management skills

    + A mindset that blends strategy and execution—you think ahead, and you follow through

    + Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders across regions

    + A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
