    Job Summary

    The Project Manager will oversee and manage projects within the technology domain focusing on Informatica Python and cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience. The candidate will drive project success ensuring alignment with company goals and societal impact.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead project planning sessions to ensure successful execution and delivery of technology projects.

    + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals.

    + Oversee the development and implementation of solutions using Informatica and Python technologies.

    + Manage cloud-based projects on AWS GCP or Azure ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

    + Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

    + Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.

    + Facilitate effective communication among team members to foster collaboration and innovation.

    + Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution to ensure smooth operations.

    + Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and productivity.

    + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and outcomes.

    + Collaborate with domain experts in Electronics & Home Appliances and Agriculture Biotechnology to integrate specialized knowledge into projects.

    + Utilize hybrid work model to balance remote and in-office tasks effectively.

    Qualifications

    + Possess strong technical expertise in Informatica Python and cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure.

    + Demonstrate experience in managing technology projects with a minimum of 10 years in the field.

    + Exhibit knowledge in Electronics & Home Appliances and Agriculture Biotechnology as a nice-to-have skill.

    + Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

    + Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams.

    + Have a proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.

    + Understand the hybrid work model and adapt to flexible working environments.

    Certifications Required

    PMP Certification AWS Certified Solutions Architect Informatica Certified Professional
