Description
We are seeking an organized and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to lead, oversee, and coordinate marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives. As the central hub of communication and planning, the Marketing Project Manager will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s marketing objectives. This role requires someone with exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills who can seamlessly manage multiple projects across creative teams, digital marketers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
+ Plan, implement, and oversee marketing projects, campaigns, and strategies from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and goals.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, creative design, content development, and analytics, to final deliverables.
+ Develop and maintain clear project plans, schedules, and tracking systems to ensure team accountability and efficiency.
+ Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, advocating for marketing objectives and goals while balancing competing priorities.
+ Manage project scope, identifying and addressing risks, roadblocks, or changes while maintaining quality standards.
+ Monitor performance metrics to measure project success, present updates and reports to senior management regularly.
+ Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, market trends, and industry standards across all deliverables.
+ Research and analyze relevant marketing data to support decision-making and optimize processes.
+ Stay current on emerging marketing technologies, strategies, and techniques to enhance campaigns and team performance.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
+ Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a similar role managing campaigns, projects, or marketing initiatives.
+ Proficient in project management tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
+ Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including content development, digital marketing, and campaign strategy.
+ Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
+ Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and data-driven insights.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Certifications in project management, such as PMP or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
+ Experience with tools and technologies used in marketing automation, SEO/SEM, and CRM software.
+ Background in industries like retail/e-commerce, technology, or professional services.
+ Familiarity with AI marketing tools and applications for improved campaign performance.
